What is the Poultry Pavilion Club?

The "Poultry Pavilion Club" – is the Aussie Chook Supplies Reward Program. It's our way of giving a big thankyou to our loyal customers who flock to our small family business.

As a valued member of the Poultry Pavilion Club, you'll enjoy egg-citing rewards and a variety of ways to earn points, access to our egg-clusive Facebook group, birthday rewards, and much more!

We have four levels of recognition for our Poultry Pavilion club members:
Level 1: Chicken Tender
Level 2: Chook Lovers
Level 3: Hen-thusiasts Level
Level 4: Very Important Cluckers (V.I.C.) 

Eligible purchases made online or in person with Aussie Chook Supplies will earn you Poultry Points. Some products and purchases are excluded from earning points and from the eligible spend used to determine your Poultry Pavilion Club membership tier.

Can anyone be a part of the Poultry Pavilion Club?

Our rewards program is exclusively for Australian residents. You do need to have a current email address so all notifications regarding your rewards can be communicated to you promptly!
Whilst we appreciate our international customers, at this stage the Poultry Pavilion Club is only available within Australia.
 

How do I join the Poultry Pavilion Club?

If you have made an account with Aussie Chook Supplies, you don't need to join the Poultry Pavilion Club separately. As a registered customer, you're automatically entitled to all the benefits that come with the Club membership.

If you're new to Aussie Chook Supplies, signing up for the Poultry Pavilion Club is a breeze! To sign up, you must make an account and provide a unique email address.

Once your account is set up, you'll automatically become a member of the Poultry Pavilion Club.

Does it cost anything to join?

No, membership is completely free (and you can start earning Poultry Points right away)!
 

I'm not sure if I have signed up/am already a member of the Poultry Pavilion Club. How can I check?

If you have made an account with Aussie Chook Supplies to register your details and/or make an order, you are automatically a member of the Poultry Pavilion Club.
 

How do the membership tiers work?

Your Poultry Pavilion Club tier is based on your eligible spend over the past 12 months. Eligible spend excludes GST, shipping costs, gift vouchers and products specifically excluded from the Poultry Pavilion Club Rewards Program.

Excluded purchases do not earn Poultry Points and do not count towards the spend used to determine your membership tier.

The more you shop, the more perks you unlock!
 

Chicken Tender ($0 - $199 eligible spend in the past 12 months)

• Earn 1 Poultry Point per $1 spent

• 250 Poultry Points on your birthday

Poultry Lover ($200 - $499 eligible spend in the past 12 months)

Hen-thusiast ($500 - $799 eligible spend in the past 12 months)

• Earn 2 Poultry Points per $1 spent

• 750 Birthday Points

Very Important Clucker - VIC ($800+ eligible spend in the past 12 months)

Do I have to spend money to earn Poultry Pavilion Points?

Noooooo. Unlike other rewards programs  you can earn points in multiple ways without making a purchase.

• Facebook like: 100 Poultry Points

• Facebook share: 50 Poultry Points

• Writing a review on Reviews.io: 100 Poultry Point

Earning & Redeeming Points 

Can past purchases be added to toward my Poultry Points? 

No, only purchases made after joining the Poultry Pavilion Club will earn Poultry Points.
 

What happens if I forget to log in before making a purchase?

Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively add points for past purchases. You will need to ensure that you are logged into your account before placing an order.
 

Do I earn points on discounted or sale items?

Yes, you will earn points on sale items, but not on transactions where a discount code or store credit has been applied.
 

Do I earn points on shipping costs?

No, points are earned on product purchases only and do not apply to shipping costs or GST.
 

Can I earn points when I purchase a Aussie Chook Supplies Gift Voucher?

No, points are not earned on the purchase of gift vouchers. However, if you use a gift card to pay for an order, you will earn points on the products purchased.
 

Can I use a discount code and redeem points on the same order?

No, only one discount or reward code can be used per transaction.
 

Can I split my points across multiple orders?

Yes, you can choose how many points you want to redeem per order, as long as you have enough for the minimum redemption amount.
 

Can I earn bonus points during the year?

Absolutely, yes! We run special promotions, sales and campaigns throughout the year where you can earn bonus points. To stay updated, sign up for our newsletter.
 

Why do my points show less than what I spent?

Points are calculated on the order subtotal and exclude GST & postage.
 

Can I combine my rewards with other discounts or promotions?

No, only one discount code can be used per order, including rewards redemptions.
 

Can I use multiple rewards in one order?

No, only one reward can be used per transaction.
 

What happens if I return an item I earned Poultry Points on?

If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your Poultry Points balance.
 

Do my Poultry Points expire?

Yes, Poultry Points expire one (1) year after earning them, so be sure to use them before they fly the coop! They are displayed at the top of your screen when you enter your Reward portal. We’ll also send reminders so you don’t miss out!
 

Are there products that don’t earn rewards?

Yes. While most products purchased from Aussie Chook Supplies are eligible to earn Poultry Points, the following products are excluded from the Poultry Pavilion Club Rewards Program.

Poultry Points are not earned on the purchase of:

• Gift vouchers
• Maru 100 Egg Hatcher
• Maru Deluxe Incubators
• Maru D Max Incubators
• Brinsea Ova-Easy incubators and hatchers

Points are also not earned on shipping or GST, or on transactions where a discount code or store credit has been applied.

From time to time, additional products may be excluded from earning Poultry Points. Where an exclusion applies, this will be stated on the relevant product page.

Poultry Points are calculated on the eligible product value excluding GST and shipping costs.
 

What can I do with my Poultry Points?

You can redeem your Poultry Points for a discount code to use on your next order:

1. Log into your account and click the Rewards icon (bottom left of the screen).
2. You'll see your points balance and available rewards.
3. Choose a reward once you've hit the points threshold.
4. Redeem it for a discount code, then copy it.
5. Apply the code at checkout.

Rewards tiers:

• 500 points = $5 off (min $100 spend)
• 1000 points = $10 off (min $100 spend)
• 1500 points = $15 off (min $100 spend)
• 2000 points = $20 off (min $100 spend)
• 2500 points = $25 off (min $100 spend)

Note: your discount code expires 60 days after it's issued, so be sure to use it within that window.

How many points can I redeem at a time?

Once you reach the minimum redemption threshold, you can apply as many points as you like per order—just keep in mind that only one discount code can be used per transaction.
 

General Frequently Asked Questions

How do I check my Poultry Points balance?

To check your Poultry Points balance, log into your account and click the "Rewards" icon (bottom left of your screen). You’ll see:
- Your current points balance
- Your membership tier
- Any available rewards

When you’re ready to redeem, just copy your discount code and apply it at checkout!
 

When will my points be added to my account?

Points are added once your order has been processed and completed. For reviews, referrals, or social media engagement, points may take up to 48 hours to appear.
 

Can I transfer my points to someone else?

Sorry, points are tied to your individual account and cannot be transferred to another person.
 

Can I opt out of the rewards program?

Yes, of course. If you no longer wish to participate contact Christine via the Instant Chat/Text me icon (in the bottom right hand corner of your screen) or via emailing christine@aussiechooksupplies.com.au and I can remove you from the program.
